Mick Neville is one of the most decorated footballers in the history of Irish football.

He emerged as a talented midfielder with Home Farm and then Drogheda United before joining the famous Shamrock Rovers team of the 1980s in 1983 and going on to enjoy tremendous success with the Hoops.

Neville won four League of Ireland titles with Rovers and three FAI Cups before joining Derry City in 1988 and promptly helping them to a domestic treble the following season.

Mick moved to Shelbourne in 1990 and won his seventh league winners medal with the Reds in 1992.

He later won three more FAI Cups with Shels and also added the League Cup to his collection for the second time in the 1995-96 campaign.

Neville moved into coaching with Shelbourne upon his retirement from playing then joined the FAI as a Development Officer for Louth in 2007.

He has been involved with the Ireland U17 side for the past three campaigns. He also has coached with Dundalk FC's U19s.
